• Computer Skills:  Self-taught Corel Draw X4 & X6. Uploaded product using a designated FTP site. Conferred with printer personnel to solve glitches.

• Teamwork: Assisted the owner, 2 sales reps, other office personnel. Mentored other personnel with computer programs.

• Accomplishments: Oversaw ads scheduled, produced, and paginated for billing. Aided sales via telephone calls to clients. Completed local and international mailing forms. Other duties included unloading materials, matching inserts to distribution zones, bundling then delivering shoppers to post offices, and distribution sites covering northern Minnesota, Ontario, and Manitoba, Canada.
